Buyer Beware. This company offers you a trial for Resveratrol through their website but the product that they ship is not the one featured on 60 minutes. They do not disclose the price of the products they sale on their website nor do they ship any information to that matter with the product. Also you will find unauthorized charges on your credit card. Even the shipping is more than what they advertise. Impossible to get through their customerservice toll free number. On their website, under terms and conditions, they claim to provide 24/7 customer service. Which is also not true. This is not a reputable company. Once they get a hold of your credit card it is over. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEIR WEBSITE.

How do I get my money back I did not order from this one but they must be tied into another one that I did and sent back the product. That was the AcI berry do they know that this web site is possibly piggy backing on there web site to get peolpes names. I don’t know if this is true but how else did they dget my information? How do I get out of this scam? I haven’t opened the bottle I just got in the mail, and haven’t been able to reach anyone on their customer service number. Do I just send back the bottle to them, and refuse any more shippments? Would it do any good to notify my credit card company, and have them not accept any charges from this company? I’m at a loss….hope someone can help.

THIS IS THE MOST SOPHISTICATED SCAM ON THE NET THESE DAYS. THEY OFFER FREE TRIAL ETC. BUT GRAB YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER AND AUTOMATICALLY START BILLING YOU EVERY MONTH!
There are ALL sorts of deceptive practices being used here to just steal money from non informed consumers. The media hyped this product up (Oprah etc.) and these scam artists have run with it.
I finally after one hour of listening to music, got through to the company (outsourced to India) and got a cancellation number and return number, you MUST get a return number and return it certified mail. (fine print again) They will not receive it without one! and (fine print) they are not responsible for “lost or stolen” product.
We need to form a class action suit against them. I had to cancel credit card. I had chemo treatments and did not want this. Auctually I would love something like this if it worked, But I am a cancer patient but doctor wouldn’t have me on this and it is frraud did not order. I say hire an attorney and go for a class action suit.
