SUMMARY: The Ryan Haight Online Pharmacy Consumer Protection Act,
which was enacted on October 15, 2008,amended the Controlled Substances Act and Controlled Substances Import and Export Act by adding several new provisions to prevent the illegal distribution and dispensing of controlled substances by means of the Internet.

Watson Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NYSE: WPI) to allow consumers to order pharmaceuticals on the internet and in 2012 we formalized a second partnership with
Obagi Medical Products, Inc. to provide an “end-to-end” software solution for pharmaceutical companies focused on direct to consumer marketing and health care delivery. We are currently developing additional solutions for the pharmaceutical industry and are seeking additional partnerships with pharmaceutical enterprises.
