I was wondering why you decided to cancel and if you know of any reputable pharmacies online.
I had a similiar problem but since instabill was the one who actualy charged by debit card I contacted them and they helped me. Their # is 603-436-1270. Got my refund within days.
I’m currently going through the same thing with EasyMD as KDCARR went through. They are telling me they are having problems with their E-check system and that’s the reason I do not have my refund, going on three weeks now.
I would NEVER do business with these people again. Wish I had checked online BEFORE I spent my money.

i tried to track down if they were american, cuz the people on the phone sound indian. i could not find a corp. office for them. i’ve had the same problem, still waiting for my refund, when the product didn’t come after 6 weeks, i cancelled… do you have any idea who i can call or write to at a consumer agency, maybe we could do some kind of class action suit..

Here’s something else that is very interesting. Should you decide to find out for yourself just how vast the newtwork of EASY.MD online pharmacies are, google the customer service number 1-866-978-4944. you will find over 300 uniqe websites that all use that phone number as their customer service contact. Looking at a few of the websites, you will find that the same prescription will have the same price on all of them meaning they are all connected to the same back end database. These guys are sinister!!!!!! My guess is that for the drugs are are available, it probably works fine, the problem comes when there is no generic equivalent. I believe that is when the runaround begins.
Just my opinion.
Call your bank and report it as fraud. Always use a credit or debit card when making purchases because it is easier to get a refund and you are protected under laws that your bank must follow. They will give you a credit and then do there own investigation.
NEVER use an online check or debit card. Why? Because there is no third party that will mediate/arbitrate disputes. Once the payee has your money, it is up to them to pay it back – if they want to.
ALWAYS use a CREDIT card! If there is a problem, put it into dispute. You will get your money back.

same thing happened to me…i ordered a drug for 28.99 and i cancelled the next day 11-03-09 and now its 01-08-10 and am yet to be refunded the same story they keep saying is that they are having problems with their processing department…something needs to be done about them

I was also recently scammed and wish I had researched this company BEFORE making the purchase. Wow. I got an email today confirming an order that they say I made today at 1:30pm our time. I had ordered from them a year ago, and never received the order, and didn’t realize it it time to complain. This order was for the same meds as a year ago. They had somehow gotten my new credit card number!
When I saw the charge I immediately called my credit card company to report it and then emailed “EasyMD” I got a very rude, sarcastic response from Mark Henry, apparently the owner of the company. He insulted me numerous times saying that I was the one who was delusional and that how could they have gotten my information if I had not placed the order. Then he game me the details of my location. Everything was right except for my IP address, which was nowhere close.
This is just creepy! How could they get my credit card number? It’s been changed since the last time I tried to order from them. Then he produced a tracking number and said that the last order had been delivered and that I could look it up on USPS.com. I did and it showed it delivered. Well, it showed that an order was delivered to my zip code.
This just scary. How could someone submit an order on my behalf from another IP address? I am planning on submitting a complaint against this company with the FBI or IP2.

I am writing to WARN FUTURE CUSTOMERS of EasyMD to not make purchases through this company.
I ordered some asthma medication from them back in May. A month later I was still waiting to receive my shipping verification. I never received it. So I emailed them and checked to see what the status was. They said that they had run out of the medication and would update me as soon as it was in stock. Take in mind that they never removed the medication from the online inventory list. I tested to see if it would say out of stock if I was to repurchase it again, and it did not.
So a month afterward I lost my patience and decided to request a refund from them. So from July until today, I finally received my refund. However, it was not through Easy MD.(which I will explain later) When I would call them and email them in regards to my refund they would all make these childish excuses that the bank they were dealing with went bankrupt and they could not refund my money during this time. I must have called about 20 times and I sent 10 emails. The emails went unanswered and when I spoke to someone they simply told me the same story that the bank went bankrupt and that bank had my bank details on hold. They also said that I should reorder and therefore they would have my bank details so they could refund my money. It’s pure lies. Plus, the staff is a telecenter in India so these people are 3rd world thinking and behaving. Deep down, they are bitter that we don’t live in shambles like they do, so it gives them pleasure to be scamming Westerners from their hard-earned money. The company is based out of London. In other words, please only purchase items from American based companies. Otherwise, you are dealing with anti-American employees and companies that don’t care about the welfare of the American consumer.
How I received my refund was that I contacted Inpay, which is a bank transfer company based out of Scandanavia that has numerous merchants, one of them being EasyMD. I gave them my entire story and they felt quite bad for me and they were apologized for being affiliated with such a fraudulent company. They completely disagreed with the story I was given from Easy MD that the bank that they deal with went bankrupt. All lies!! There were also wondering how many other people have been scammed. In 5 days I was able to receive my refund into my bank account. If I would have not contacted Inpay, I would have never received my money directly from Easy MD.
So if you have made a purchase from them and your medicine has not arrived after a few weeks and you are thinking of receiving a refund, please be advised that you are going to be having a headache dealing with these idiots. Contact Inpay and they can refund your money right away.

MY VISA WAS CHARGED ON APRIL 26, 2011, SO I EXPECTED THE SHIPMENT TO ARRIVE LAST TUESDAY, MAY 10, 2011. HOWEVER, 12 BUSINESS DAYS HAVE PASSED, AND IT STILL HAS NOT ARRIVED. I CONTACTED EASYMD FOR ASSISTANCE VIA A LIVE CHAT TODAY AND GOT SOMEONE NAMED ‘TERRY’ WHO WAS OF NO HELP WHATSOEVER.
SHE SAID THAT MY ORDER HAD NOT BEEN SHIPPED YET. THEN WHY WAS MY VISA CHARGED THE $48 ON APRIL 26TH? SHE ALSO SAID
“AS WE CHANGED OUR MERCHANT BANK POLICIES WERE CHANGED.”
IF THEY CHANGED THEIR MERCHANT BANK POLICIES, WHY DIDN’T THEY CHANGE THE POLICY IN THE EMAIL THEY SENT ME TWO WEEKS AGO AND IN THEIR CURRENT WEBSITE?
THEY SAID THEY WILL SHIP THE ORDER ANYTIME IN THE NEXT WEEK, SO THEY HAVEN’T EVEN SHIPPED MY ORDER. THEY CHARGED AND TOOK MY MONEY FOR IT THOUGH. It is most likely that the site is not just runned in India, but rather a backdoor that runs a proxy to Russia, also known to be operated by the Russian Business Network, a known Operation of many things from Child porn to running the ZeuS and TSDD Rootkit botnets, and their top scam, pharmacy scam sites, and there are probably more than a 500,000 domains operated by this gang that currently tries it’s tactics to avoid being both shutdown and reported and to be being blacklisted by most anti-spam sites.

Serverel Corp. used to be on Spamhaus, but apparently RBN had notified the company and told them to delist it from Spamhaus(a dirty trick on them), it is likely they are the ones in this Operation to help in the “Russian Economy” which I feel is invasion of people’s privacy and seem to be connected to the Blackhat SEO Xrumer Crimeware that posts links to innocent forums,

Sounds like the kind of speaking that the Russian Business Network would try to bribe, because they demand more money, I say fond the host of the site and report it to it’s register, if all else Fails, contact Spamhaus, I figure it would be the only way for them be listed,
Besides when I was trying trying to look up the domain helpfulpills.com which I found out was another RBN affiliate Pharma Domain that was listed on Spamhaus last night, Spamhaus had DNS trouble and timed out quickly, it appeared their NS3 site record was not responding, possibly an attack from RBN, it also took down moensted.dk(alternitive Blacklisting list site(No-More-Funn)) and Network-Tools started to have 503 errors and then times out after that, sounds like someone from RBN knows I found their tricks and now are on attack mode again.
Sounds like already we are fearing that Russia is up to their next plan to prevent being blacklisted and think they are not a Scam, BTW I did find out 4 more more domains also had no listing in blacklists too, if anything Scrub, you might want to check these 4 domains I just found out that RBN/allbestlinks/low-price-sites just now offered,
