Complaint
On 08/15/2007 I originally purchased an order of phentermine $37.5 from this company which goes by US-Pharm.com . This order was set to ship with in 10-24 business days. I ended up receiving the shipment on or around 09/19/2007. When I received my order I noticed that the shipment received was not the prescription that I ordered. I have previously used phentermine 37.5 and I knew that the pills neither looked, tasted nor had the effect that this pill had. Instead of pills I received white capsules in which I opened and tasted and had an absolute no taste to them. That was when I knew that the order was false.

I contacted the company and complaint about it. They stated that they would reship this product to me and that it will again take 10-24 business days. I never received my second shipment. I waited till 10/18/2007 (the ship date cutoff date) to contact them and complaint that I have never received it. Frustrated with their services I demanded a refund.

Well this refund never got to me. I have attempted about 5-7 times to obtain my refund at all times keeping a track record and have not yet received a refund. It is now 11/05/2007 and I am desperate to get my $244 back. I have put a complaint to the Better Business Bureau and waiting for a response.

When I contacted them to obtain their physical address for the BBB they were not able to provide this information to me.

For people who are considering buying from this seller, I would second think this if I were you. As you can see by the other blogs in this website http://www.ripoffreport.com I am not the only one with this issue. Apparently they have a track record and are SCAM ARTIST.
