For a prescription to be valid under federal and state law, there must be a bona fide doctor patient relationship, which is defined by most state laws to require a physical examination. “Completing a questionnaire that is then reviewed by a doctor hired by the internet pharmacy could not be considered the basis for a doctor/patient relationship.” Vol. 66 Federal Register 82, PP 21181-21184 (April 27, 2001)

Private Partners just announced they are shutting down… argh… update links, template, blah blah blah…
I have about 6 programs I am looking at and would appreciate feedback:
1. Rxpayouts – I am an affiliate with them and they have been paying me for 5 years now but they seem to be going through some changes that makes me uncomfortable to go all in with them.
2. RxCash – They look like another crash and burn program with schedule drugs that legiscript and enom would want to shut down.
3. budgetpharmacy – they have always paid me and seem to have a good program but they don’t offer templates which is something i have always wanted in a RX program.
4. Myrxcash – They seem to play it safe (no narcotics, weight loss phentermine) offer templates and seem like a reasonable program. I have no experience with them.
5. Affiliate Network Pharmacy – I have made money with them for 5 years but orders dropped. They have templates, have always paid but there is no zest in the templates. A real practical program.
6. RxPartners – They are concerning me as being targeted as a Rogue pharmacy. One that keeps running from regulatory agencies. Great templates, back end and more but just dont want to put the time into something that may “evaporate”.
7. Pharma Web Canada – Solid and stable, no templates, low commissions but are dedicated to the affiliate.
I have made the mistake of spreading myself too thin and now want to drive all sales to 2 or 3 sites.
Feedback is much appreciated.
