an connections, this large spam operation mostly promotes fake pharmaceuticals using classic “snowshoe” methods with countless IP ranges and domains. Many fictitious identities and aliases.
They own at least to ICANN registrars and use them to obtain an unlimited stream of domains to spam.

This outfit was identified early on as “Quick Cart Pro.” We knew of them in early 2009 and they were active prior to that. They have since morphed that name to many variations such as “Best Cart Solutions” and many more.
They sell spam-for-hire services and have an affiliate program to help them pump spam.
Their modus operandi is classic snowshoe with endless dedicated IP ranges and countless domains, often issued by their dedicated spam registrar.
Domains and back-end DNS services are operated by a branch of the organization known as “AB Systems”. That registrar (absystems.com) is fully dedicated to providing them with an ever-changing array of domains. Domains change on a daily basis or even more frequently than that.
Spam content varies widely as they tailor the content for each client.
