controlled substances dispensed by means of the Internet.
SUMMARY: The Ryan Haight Online Pharmacy Consumer Protection Act,
which was enacted on October 15, 2008,amended the Controlled Substances Act and Controlled Substances Import and Export Act by adding several new provisions to prevent the illegal distribution and dispensing of controlled substances by means of the Internet. DEA is hereby issuing an interim rule to amend its regulations to
implement the legislation and is requesting comments on the interim
rule

I used them once before, paid $55 for 10 generic cialis and First-Class delivery, recieved my order in a week or so. This was last year, I usually order elsewhere with free shipping and a lower price per pill, I’ll wait 14-21 days
Oct. 15th I ordered, again for $55 10 pills of generic cialis and paid $20 for 3-5 day shipping. After a week, I emailed. They said “Wait 2 more days” so I did, and emailed again. They then said “It left our SC facility Oct. 25th. wait 2 more days” I did. I emailed again, and they gave me a tracking # [even though they say tracking not avaliable for first class mail]
The tracking # showed that my order had been delivered to Fairfax VA 4 days before I received the # via email! [I am located in Missouri!!!]
At this point I am thinking I should have my order reshipped with either priority or express shipping, or just get a refund.
The best they will do is reship using the same first class shipping I paid $20 for in the first place that got my order to VA. They are saying 7-9 days, so at this point if the order shows up anywhere even close to then I paid $20 for first class shipping and because of an error that was 100% the fault of pharmacyathome.com my $20 3-5 day shipping will clock in at just under a month.
Stay away, if you value your cash!! Apparently they don’t care one bit if their exorbitant shipping fees and promises of quick medication arrival are total bunk and are unwilling to do anything to remedy their mistake.
I cannot contact them by email! I cannot contact them by telephone! Checked box on order form that no further contact wanted. Have received phone calls from Indian and Spanish speaking persons pushing products. They have sold my data or someone within is doing business on the side.
I ordered almost 300 dollars worth of pills and they were to be delivered no later than 4/4/14. I called once and got the tracking numbers and she said to call back if I don’t have them within 3 days of the delivery date so I did and their automated system will tell you you are 6 in line then it counts down to when u think you are next then it says please try again later. I have also called and it just rings busy. This place is a joke. When I track the package it just says that they r in Germany and they have been there since 3/28/14.
